Position: STEM Teacher

The Role:

We are seeking passionate and energetic university students and graduates that have a background in computer science, engineering, software/IT, mechatronics or any other related field to become a permanent part-time teacher for Engineering For Kids across Australia and to teach children under 14 years of age, hands-on STEM educational activities including robotics and coding programs.

Engineering For Kids offers a complete training program and ongoing professional development to maintain your skill set in technology, engineering, science, computer programming and robotics.

Requirements:

• Direct tutoring experience is not necessary, but a passion for excellence in children’s education is essential.
• Robotics and coding experience is preferred but not essential.
• Dedication, commitment and passion for tutoring, and educating kids.
• Must be willing to apply for a Working With Children CheckTeaching location:  Camberwell, VIC; Sunnybank, QLD; Cockburn Central, WA; Osborne Park, WA; Willetton, WA; 

Hour Rate: AU$20 – $40
